Hi everyone I'm writing this blog to know you that how the people are of this world. We'll start from starting.
I joined a company in June 17th 2019 and started working on project(java microservice based project- tax domain). I had worked previously but I had not that much of experience to handle all those individually but somehow i was able to do in the guidance of our company's CEO.
I met with a guy (Sumit Agarwal) who was working very sincerely, later he become my very good friend. I was assigned with work to clone our project in provided system and he helped me in doing this.
CEO told me how to run the project after cloning the project but the main problem was I was only the single guy in that project and I don't know how to work on microservice. If any problem comes related to that project then i need to ask CEO about that.
One day CEO came to me and he asked me that are you able to understand all these?
I asked, Sir can you please tell me the flow once, that how this project will work and what is the use, means functionality of this project.
He replied "no man you don't need to know all these flows". I thought if i will not know the flow and the functionality of the project then who will make me to understand what i need to develop.
Later day by day i spent too much time to understand the project in details by spending whole day and night with my friend, then i was able to understand something-something. I was able to do the development as per my understanding.
After some day i come to know that in that team one more person is there and her name was Hima Bindu she was an "Automation Tester" and she also become my very good friend.
After some day i come to know that in that team one more person is there and her name was Hima Bindu she was an "Automation Tester" and she also become my very good friend.
Day by day was passing and i was coming to know that how many team members are there in that project. One day I asked my manager that how many members are there in this project then he told me that "I'm not your manager" I got shocked. If he is not my manager then who is.......
Actually before i was assigned to that project company's HR told me that he is your Manager by taking his name. Problem was that they themselves don't know that for which project they hired me. Actually there were couple of projects but two projects were from a big client.
Later i come to know that he is not the manager of the project for which i was hired. Then i was thinking that why he always use to ask me that how many days this project will take.
Then after some day i got introduced with one more person Ronak Pandia over phone, he was a front-end developer. I have studied in Odisha and i was very fluent in Odia language and I come to know that Ronak is also from Odisha then i feel very comfortable while talking to him. Atleast one person is there with whom i can talk in Hindi or Odia in that project.
Hima also knows Hindi very well and we started working on the development and testing the application. After some day one guy came to our office from client location and he was Devendra Parsa a front-end developer we worked together on some development and he went back to client location after one day. And then after some day one more front-end developer came into our project (Pawan Kumar Pachipala)
After someday we(Hima, Pawan and me) went to Banglore client location there what happened is a long story just i want to say is Hima supported me lot.
After coming back from there and spending some days again one more tester(Neha Verma) came into our project and she was from my state only. In all these days i never thought that only i'm the single guy in backend who was understanding the concepts, developing the functionalities, taking care of database and deployment.
I learned from my father to give respect to our work. So, i never thought of stepping back from my work. In all these days its been 4-5 months and i have not taken any leaves except my brother's marriage for 4 days. So, i asked our COE that I want holiday for Chatth Pooja he said okay no problem. Later he asked me to go after implementing 14 apis. Even it was tough some how i completed maximum apis.
This is not end. Next i'll share the real journey with Business people.
