Journey with business people - 2

Before starting this I want to thank all of you for reading my previous blog.

So, my CEO agreed to grant me leave for one week but again he asked me to extend my plan and go by flight, but at that time i was not having that much money. So, I thought why i'll extend my plan and I said that already i've booked the tickets sir and he said me "dude you are required".

Finally i was going home and my CEO said that okay i'll ask someone to support this project for one week and he asked one freelancer to work on the left things. But this was not happy moment even i was going home the freelance called me and that time i was in train. He asked me for some help but my laptop was totally discharged and I couldn't help him. But I thought that i can connect his system with my mobile and can help so, i again called back him and asked for Team Viewer and connected with his laptop.

After two days I reached my home and feeling very happy because on this day we all family members are gathered together to celebrate this festival.

It was afternoon when CEO called me for an issue and told me if you are free then please fix that. I came here by taking leave to celebrate festival with my families but somehow I managed to work and fixed that issue and updated him. No, this was not only for one day it was a beginning and continued till I came back to Office.

Day by day passed me and Sumit became very good friend and for sure Hima also and because of Hima and Neha one more person I met was Richa Mam(ux designer), I always use to call her Richa mam. Me and Sumit started working late night in office. Actually this was not for long time as they said in starting day But right now while writing this blog, i'm working for office only.

It was not like CEO was not working with us, he was also working with us whole night. This continued... and because of this frustration i was getting angry on Hima or Neha because "A Tester and  a Developer can't be a friend". There were couple of times i got angry on Hima but it was so nice of her that she didn't get angry on me never...

Somehow life was going good, me and Sumit were having fun, eating in multiple places(in Hitech city almost every resturant) and he also shifted his room to our hostel and we were living together.

In this late night working we starting having food in office only. One day after having dinner in old office Sumit shown a girl standing in the next room of old office. He said to me that sometimes he is coming to this old office for work and he is sitting beside of that girl and her name is Basheera Shaik.

One day we were working on something, it was late night may be 10 pm around and suddenly we saw some peoples are coming to new office and in those people  Basheera Shaik was one of them. She came and sat in front of us and said something to Sumit in Hindi as "tum kya kar rahe" then i asked her to give some respect. I feel bad after saying that but no issues.

Days passed and one day Sumit was sitting in conference room and i was sitting outside and then suddenly he came outside and first time he cried in front of me then i asked what happened. He said that nothing actually CEO is behaving differently don't know why. I was not knowing what to say in this situation, but anyhow i said its okay. We worked so many nights for CEO not only we were getting money but work was the first priority and we loved to work, without finishing any work we never left office, but today he cried it was not good.

Later he decided to move from this company and kept resignation and after some day it was his last day of office, we can't work together but he was with me always in hostel. On that day Me, Sumit and Basheera Shaik left the office at same time and went for dinner and after that we droped Basheera to her room and we went to our hostel. Even that i was not feeling that it was his last day because he was always with me in Hostel. Later he joined new company. After Sumit went I was not feeling well. 

After some day new girl came to handle our project from different project and she was Srilekha. After some day I asked our CEO for one backend resource to support me then he said you can take any one and he suggested two people Vamshi and Basheera. I asked both to come in this project but somehow Vamshi went back to previous project and Basheera started working with me. I started giving task to her related to project and day by day she was feeling comfortable by coming into this project.

I'm skipping some part.

It was december 18th and at that time we(Neha, Richa mam) were going for lunch, actually where i used to go for lunch means yes we(sumit and me) going for lunch, their hostel was that side only. They asked Hima also to come for lunch but she said no i brought lunch box. Then while going i said tomorrow is my birthday and i'm not going to come. Then they asked for party then i said okay ask Hima to come they called but she didn't agreed. Then i called her and asked her to come, she said no... but at last she agree to come. In all these i forget to call Basheera because at that time she was not coming with us to have lunch.

We went Biryani's to have lunch. I was missing Sumit very much.

But after going Sumit from there really i was not feeling good. And in these days Basheera and me became very good friend. She was giving company to me in having lunch or dinner sometimes. 

Day by day was passing and this project was becoming big with lots of changes and we were working hard to complete that but late night working, I was not willing to work late night now because Sumit was not there.

We celebrated New Year party in our office on 31st Jan but I was getting frustration because of this project and then i asked Sumit what to do. Then he referred me in his company and scheduled my interview and there i got selected there and then i kept resignation in my company.
