Journey with business people - 3

           

Before starting this I want to thank all of you for reading my previous blog.

So, It was 10th of December when i kept resignation. Before resignation, on that day I went room from office and was thinking about this then I asked Sumit about this and he helped me to write the resignation mail. It was 10:30 PM or 11:00 PM when I dropped an email regarding resignation to HR by keeping our CEO and Manager in CC.

When I come to office in morning and asked our manager that, have you seen my mail? Then she said yes but I don't think he(ceo) will let you go. I said okay! but please help me because I don't want to work here. If I'm not feeling well here then there is no value to work here. She said okay it's up to you, what you feel better you can do.

After that day I got reply on that mail from senior HR. She replied that this can't be happen because we have some rules for relieving. So, we can't relieve you in 10 days. But I keep trying and at last I talked to CEO.

Actually we were having meeting and after meeting, me and CEO were there only then I told him. 'Sir work will be there, I'll work for you but I can't work from here' and while saying this really I cried.

He told me only one thing that dude my thinking is simple if you are not feeling well or comfortable then don't work there.

But he asked me to support for one week.

I said okay sir. Then daily(except some day) I was coming by 10 am and working there upto 12:30 then I was going to my new office.                  

But from my side I thought of keep supporting because in new office I was not assigned with any projects.

But I don't know my ceo knows or not but I was supporting from my new office also.

I told you about Shaik Basheera, if she faces any issues then I was guiding her because she was new to that project. Also if any issues were coming in project then first Hima was asking to me. 

Everything was going fine me and Sumit were enjoying in new Office but one day we heard about Corona at that time I went home for one week Holi festival. When I came back then in our office they planned for work from home because of Corona Effect.. But after that we never went to office, everything was closed and you all know what happened in India and all over the world.

This was April month and time was about 12-01 pm when I opened my email and I saw Service discontinuation email from new office by 31st of March.
